The master plan calls for the expansion of Black Point International Airport to include doubling the size of the airport runway, as well as the addition of an international terminal and hangar facilities. The master plan also includes Golden Grove Lakeside Village Shoppes and Black Point Community Park that afront Lake Springwell. The planned resort, commercial center and recreational amenities provide a sustainable future for residents of the local Black Point community.
