Ouanalao Resort is located on St. Lucie County's South Hutchinson Island with Ocean Bay Beachside on the north and Herman's Bay Beach on the south of the project. Ouanala Resort will feature several amenities, such as twenty five (25) 3-story villas, a 3-story clubhouse with a pool, twenty five (25) 1-story cottages, access to the beach from the east side, and access to the Indian River Lagoon with multiple docks on the west side.
