Inspired by our client’s vision, HJA Design Studio transformed a 1.76-acre overgrown lot into a stunning Palm Beach-style riverfront estate. The design features a harmonious blend of tropical and formal contemporary landscaping, including lush and elegant palm trees, formal hedges, and manicured lawns. As you enter the gate and drive down the beautifully lit and landscaped driveway, a grand arrival experience unfolds, with massings of coconut palms enhancing the journey towards the residence.

One of the client's goals was to create a large open lawn for his children to play. We worked closely with the town of Sewall's Point and the client to carefully remove trees while preserving others, clearing out the overgrown lot to create a pristine and inviting environment while maintaining the property's natural beauty.
