Camellia Townhomes is located in Martin County, Florida on the corner of Kanner Highway and Lost River Road in Stuart. Camellia Townhomes will be a 98-unit single family townhome community featuring amenities, such as a pool/recreation area, a trail incorporating benches, picnic areas, a pavilion and two nesting poles around an existing/modified lake feature. Camellia Townhomes will preserve 54% of the existing native trees on the site, including several existing mature specimen live oaks along the entire property frontage adjacent to SW Lost River Road. All dry retention areas on-site are proposed to be fully planted with native trees, shrubs, and ornamental grasses to help improve the project’s stormwater quality and treatment process.
